Theodore (Ted) Vineski, Jr. joined the law offices of Fred A. Truglio & Associates in 2010 as an associate. Ted has over a decade of hands on experience in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice in both Illinois State and Federal Courts. As a trial attorney, he approaches each case with thoughtfulness while paying attention to the details that make clients remember him long after their case is resolved. Before joining Fred A. Truglio & Associates, he successfully tried over 40 jury trials to verdict.
Ted obtained his law degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago attending classes at night while working full time at law firms to not only finance his education, but gain valuable legal experience. As a Supreme Court Rule 7-11, he was appearing in front of numerous judges long before he was sworn in as a member of the Illinois Bar. Through his trial experience, he has also become a distinct member of the Federal Trial Bar of the Northern District of Illinois. As an alumni of the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, he majored in Political Science and English, two areas he refers to daily in his practice of law.
Ted is married, with a 2 year old son and lives in Downers Grove, Illinois. He is an active member of his church and always willing to lend a hand to a colleague or neighbor. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
